Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Track Impulse orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds
Refunds are determined at the sole discretion of our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please visit paddle.net if you have a payment issue or believe you have a valid reason for a refund.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and you will not be charged again. To cancel, contact support@track-impulse.com or visit your Paddle billing portal.
Beta period
No payment is required during the beta period. There is nothing to refund during this time.
